New Addresses of Defendants, and for reasons says:
1. Original Petition was accepted on January 3, 2023, by this Court.
2. Pursuant to the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure, both Defendants have to
be served with the requested Citations.
3. The original addresses of the Defendants, were found to be incorrect,
Defendants having moved from the original addresses set forth in the original Request
for Issuance of Citations.
4. The addresses on the Citations re-issued on March 27, 2023, were also
determined to be incorrect, because Defendants again moved.
5. The new addresses of the Defendants, to be included on the Request for
Citations are:

WHEREFORE, Plaintiff, Gilbert Rosenthal, pro se, requests:
A. That the new Citations having the additional present address for
Defendants at 15625 Leadenhall Street, Frisco, TX 75036 be issued and the Citations be
