moves this Court to dismiss this lawsuit with prejudice, and in support thereof show:

      AII matters of   fact and things in the controversy between the parties have been

resolved and compromised.

      WHEREFORE, the Parties request        that the Court enter an order dismissing the

causes of action which were asserted with prejudice, and that all costs of court be

adjudged against the parties incurring same.
