25 PAGES IN SUMMARY JUDGMENT MOTION
On this date the Court considered Plaintiffs motion to allow the filing of its summary
judgment with more than 25 pages in that motion. The Court reviewed the motion and grants the
relief requested as to Plaintiffs summary judgment as to the Defendants/Counter Plaintiffs
counterclaims. The Parties have agreed to allow Plaintiff to file a limited number of pages from
the deposition along with an excerpt showing the 21 pages used fiom the deposition. The total
number of pages will only slightly exceed the 25 page limit. The parties also agree and stipulate
that Plaintiff will file its summary judgment motion and set the hearing more than 21 days after
that filing.
It is therefore, Ordered that Plaintiff is granted the right to file its motion for summary
judgment with more than 25 pages contained in the motion and attachments.
