Apparently, the parties agreed to supplemental briefing regarding the above-referenced

motion after participating in the informal discovery conference on March 7, 2018. Ordinarily,
16
the parties would provide the Court with a stipulation and order regarding such supplemental
17
briefing; no such stipulation and order was submitted. Moreover, the Court did not receive
18
courtesy copies of the supplemental briefs and therefore, the Court has not had an opportunity to
19
consider the briefs that apparently were filed on April 11 and 13, 2018 (per entries in Courtnet).

Because the Court has not had an opportunity to review the supplemental briefs, the Court will
21
continue the hearing to the next available date. The Court’s judicial assistant will contact the

parties with regard to that date. Counsel need not appear at the hearing tomorrow.
