Compel the document production against Newcrest Management, LLC d/b/a AC Hotel
Downtown Dallas (Newcrest). This Court has considered the Motion and the pleadings on file
and is of the opinion that the Motion should be GRANTED.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that:
1. Defendant’s Objections to RFP 4, 7, 8, 9, 10, 19, 20, 25, 29, 40, 41, 42, 56 are
overruled.
2. Defendant to produce documents responsive to 4, 7, 8, 9, 10, 19, 20, 25, 29, 40,
41, 42, 56.
3. Defendant’s asserted privileges are waived for failing to timely comply with a
withholding statement and request for a proper privilege log.
4. Defendant to comply with Plaintiff’s Request for a Privilege Log to include (1)
the specific document being withheld (2) the author and recipients of the
document (3) the information contained in the document and (4) the date of the
document.
