to Moon & Dorsett, PC, and there has been a breakdown of the attomey-client relationship, including
communications, to such an extent that Moon & Dorsett, PC, cannot effectively and competently
represent plaintiff.
Thus far, Plaintiff ANDREW MILDER has not executed a substitution of attorney to allow Moon &
Dorsett, PC and Dana M. Dorsett to withdraw as counsel of record for Plaintiff.
