22    This is a long and very sad case of extreme corruption in our courts. This is exactly the same type
23    of corruption that has been going on for years, as clearly stated in the rare, truthful, congressional
24
      testimony, from a lawyer, stating:
25
             “Arbitration is more than unfair, it is a scandal occurring in broad daylight. And the
26           corrupting influence of for-profit justice [arbitration] is impacting the courts as well.
             There have been instances of bidding wars for certain sitting judges between various
27           [arbitration] providers at the same time those judges are ruling on arbitration issues and
             declaring that public policy “favors arbitration.”
