Garza presiding. Upon consideration of the papers, arguments 0f counsel appearing (Diana
Rivero for Plaintiff Ramon Vargas (“Plaintiff”) and Jacqueline Bruce Chinery for Defendant
Kia Motors America, Inc. (“Defendant”), both appearing telephonically), and good cause
therefor, the Court ruled as follows:
