Counsel for the parties must have complete knowledge of the alleged issues concerning liability and damages,

DIRECTED TO UPLOAD A NOTICE OF SETTLEMENT TO NYSCEF PRIOR TO THE SCHEDULED
CONFERENCE.
FAILURE TO APPEAR FOR ANY SCHEDULED EARLY SETTLEMENT CONFERENCE, OR FAILURE TO
COMPLY WITH THE DIRECTIVES SET FORTH HEREIN OR IN THE ADR REFERRAL ORDER, MAY
RESULT IN RELEASE OF THE CASE FROM THE ADR PART TO AN IAS JUSTICE FOR A
CONFERENCE AND ANY ACTION DEEMED APPROPRIATE IN THE DISCRETION OF THE ASSIGNED
JUSTICE.
