Stipulation for Settlement and Order of Dismissal
The Plaintiff and the Defendant, MANIRAKIZA NZIRUBUSA, (hereinafter referred to as
Defendant) agree to a Stipulation for Settlement and Order of Dismissal on the following terms:
1 The Defendant agrees to the jurisdiction of this Court.
The Defendant acknowledges Plaintiff's claim as set forth in Plaintiffts Complaint and
states that the indebtedness alleged therein as true and correct.
That as of this date, Defendant is indebted to Plaintiff in the principal sum of $1805.71,
interest in the amount of $0.00 (.0000%), attorney’s fees in the amount of $0.00 and court
costs in the amount of $199.65. No further interest shall accrue so long as the
payments are made as they become due.
That Defendant agrees to enter into an installment payment arrangement as follows:
> $151.00 per month to be paid in valid U.S funds on or before November 4, 2022
and on the same day of each month thereafter until the settlement is paid in full.
All checks or money orders shall be made payable to POLLACK & ROSEN, P.A., Trust
Account and shall be sent to POLLACK & ROSEN, P.A., as attorneys, at the address
listed below.
Payments are also authorized to be made directly over the telephone at 305-448-0006, or
online at www.pollackrosen.com.
Plaintiff agrees to withhold execution on this Stipulation for Settlement and Order of
Dismissal so long as the Defendant makes all payments as stated in paragraph 4 as they
become due.

In the event of a default, Plaintiff shall file an affidavit of non-payment specifying the
amount paid and the remaining balance due and a final judgment shall be entered against
the Defendant without further notice or hearing for the remaining balance of the amount
agreed to in paragraph three (3), plus any additional court costs incurred by Plaintiff prior
to Defendant's breach of this agreement.
Should the Defendant default under the terms of the Stipulation for Settlement and Order
of Dismissal and if Plaintiff is required to pay any reopen fees to procure a final judgment,
Defendant agrees to have the reopen costs incurred by Plaintiff taxed against the
Defendant and included as additional costs in the final judgment.
10. The parties agree that payments on the above-styled matter shall be applied in the
following order: court costs, interest, principal balance, and attorney's fees awarded if any.
1 A facsimile signature shall be treated the same as an original signature.
Both parties jointly move this Court for the entry of an order ratifying and approving this
Stipulation for Settlement and Order of Dismissal.
