23 This consumer protection action arises out of Plaintiff's June 22, 2015 purchase of a used

Hyundai Genesis vehicle which, as Plaintiff discovered, was sold with engine defects and
25, undisclosed frame damage. The engine failed soon after purchase. The vehicle is unusable.
Defendants’ petition to compel arbitration, stay proceedings, and for costs must be denied
