AGREEMENT-STIPULATION OF THE PARTIES/DISMISSAL/CASE SETTLED
The undersigned parties to this Civil Case, do stipulate and agree, based on mutual consideration, as follows:
1) The Defendants agrees to pay the Plaintiff, and the Plaintiff agrees to accept the sum of $16,000.00
in full settlement of the above-styled action.
2) Payments shall be made per the following:
One payment shall be made by Ocean Harbor Insurance Company, on or before the 15' day of May 2022
in the amount of $10,000.00. Defendants, FLORIANGELY RIVERA GARAY a/k/a
FLORIANGELY RIVERA and RAQUEL GARAY ACOSTA a/k/a RAQUEL ACOSTA GARAY,
agree to pay $6,000.00 at $50.00 per month beginning June 1, 2022 and $50.00 on the 1* of each and
every month thereafter until the $6,000.00 is paid in full. Said payments shall constitute full and final
settlement of all property damage claims related to the above styled case.
3) Payments are to be made directly to Plaintiff at the Plaintiff Attorney’s address:

On Affidavit (notarized letter) of the Plaintiff that the Defendant has not obeyed this stipulated order of the
Court, a Final Judgment shall be entered against the Defendant without notice to Defendant. Said Final
Judgment shall be for the full amount of the claim sued upon herein ($38,508.58) plus interest and any costs
incurred less credit for any payments made.
Based upon the foregoing the parties agree that the Court shall also enter an Order of Dismissal, case settled,
this date, but may reopen the cause based upon the filing of an Affidavit, as stated above.
