COUNT 1: On or about May 9, 2021 Alexander Michael Pirozzi did intentionally touch or strike
Samuel A Pirozzi, a person 65 years of age or older, against that person’s will or did intentionally cause
bodily harm to said person, in violation of Florida Statutes 784.03 and 784.08;
contrary to the form of the Statute in such case made and provided, and against the peace and
dignity of the State of Florida.
