18 accident. Plaintiff subsequently fited doe amendments naming Penelope Real Investments, LLC and
19 Joseph Cefalia, Jr. as doe defendants in the action. The complaint alleges Plaintiffs, who were on a
20 motorcycle, were involved in a collision with Soriano; the collision occurred as Soriano was exiting
21 Penelope/Cefalia’s property, which is alleged to have been in a dangerous condition which contributed to
22 the collision.
