                                PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on May 26, 2020, at 10:30 a.m., or as soon

                          thereafter as the matter can be heard in Department 26, of the above-titled
                 18       Court, located at the Stanley Mosk Courthouse, Spring Street, Defendant Emad
                 19       Younis, an individual residing in Valencia, California will and does move this
                          Court Pursuant to Code of Civil Procedure section 473(d) to vacate default

                          judgment and set aside his default based on extrinsic fraud.

                                This Motion will be made and based upon this Notice of Motion and
                 22       Motion, the Memorandum of Points, Affidavit of Emad Younis and Authorities
