Dear Judge Kassel,
As the Court’s records reflect, this law firm represents Mr. Ryan D. Plotts and Ms. Jacqueline M.
Plotts (“Plaintiffs”) in the above-referenced matter, which is scheduled with a June 1, 2023, Discovery End
Date.
The purpose of this letter is to update the case docket to reflect that an April 8, 2023 Lack of
Prosecution Dismissal Order that was submitted by Case Management has been canceled with respect to
all Defendants. On April 10, 2023, April 12, 2023, and April 17, 2023, Stephen Gladden from your
Chambers informed us that said Lack of Prosecution Dismissal Order was not in effect as it was submitted
due to a clerical error. For further clarification, Stephen Gladden informed us that this case has not been
dismissed because of a lack of prosecution. This letter shall serve as notice to all parties that this case is
still active with a June 1, 2023, Discovery End Date.
