22 1. I am an attorney duly licensed to practice law in the State of California and am a
23 partner in the law firm of G&B Law, LLP (formerly Greenberg & Bass LLP), counsel for the
24 Defendants herein. The facts recited in this declaration are known to me of my own personal
25 knowledge, and if called to testify as a witness, I could and would competently testify thereto.
26 2. The purpose of this declaration is to respond Mr. Dorval's declaration in support of
27 his motion to disqualify. I first met Neil Dorval at an All Cities Resource Group ("All Cities")
28 meeting. At this point, I couldn't say exactly which one. In 2015, there were probably close to 15
