Facts Plaintiff, Brenda Webb filed this action against Defendants, Greyhound Lines, Inc. and Firstgroup America, Inc. to recover for injuries sustained on Defendants’ bus. 2. Motions for Issuance of Out-of-State Commission Defendants seek an order issuing three commissions to take out-of-state depositions, seeking to depose (a) Ganiu Edu, M.D., (b) Sudhir Lingnurkar, M.D., and (c) Jeremy Lipschutz, M.D., Lopschutz& Wills Medical Group LLP, and Monos Health. Each of the foregoing persons or entities provided medical care in connection with the incident that forms the basis of this action. The providers are in Nevada, such that out-of-state commissions are necessary to go forward with their depositions. CCP §2026.010 governs depositions of out-of-state persons. §2026.010(f) permits the Court to Minute Order Page 1 of 2
