lam writing to request a FULL refund of the amount for filing fees in relation to. cases: CV-2021-008032;
CV-2021-008180 which was paid by me. The purpose of this fee was to file a lawsuit for a FAIR trial
against the Defendants: Stonelock Properties LLC and Upper Darby License and Inspectors. The reason |
am requesting a refund in FULL is because the Courts allowed Judge Whalen, a judge that had strong
connections to Upper Darby Township to deny valid motions made by me and approve invalid
consolidations of these lawsuits made by them in order to sabotage my valid lawsuit against both parties
knowing Judge Whalen had strong connections to Upper Darby Township. As a result, | was forced to
unwillingly withdraw my lawsuit and damages are still owed to me by both parties. Furthermore, very
serious illegal dwellings continue to persist in Upper Darby Township. The matter is not resolved, and |
plan on pursuing all parties including Judge Whalen, the state of Pennsylvania, the Governor of
Pennsylvania in Federal Court for additional claims that include violation of my civil and constitutional
rights to a fair trial and violations of my constitutional rights to a nonbiased Judge in Court. | was cheated
out of my constitutional and civil rights to a real and fair trial. | conducted research on Judge Whalen
and the opposing Lawyers and discovered they are all well- connected and conspired to baselessly
dismiss my valid suit against Upper Darby Township and Stonelock Properties LLC. This Judge should
have recused himself and have never addressed any matters in my lawsuits, knowing he had connections
with the township. Additionally, the Court should have never allowed this Judge onto my lawsuits. My
rights were violated, and | plan on refiling in Federal Court against all parties including the State of
Pennsylvania. Almost 2 years of my time was wasted forcing me into further damage, and wasting
valuable time | could have used pursuing both defendants for the damage caused to me in a real court
with real Judges. Meantime, | would appreciate my Refund in full. Please be advised that if you refuse, |
will add these filing fees you defrauded me out of to my lawsuit in Federal Court as well. Please note that
this refund does not resolve any unpaid debts that are still owed to me by Stonelock Properties LLC,
Upper Darby Township, The State of Pennsylvania and the Pennsylvania Court System, and the Governor
