On this day, came to be heard Defendant’s Motion to Exclude Testimony of Gary Kronrad,
PhD. (“Motion”). The Court after having reviewed the motion and response, and after having
heard the arguments of counsel, is of the opinion that the Motion is, part, GRANTED and, in part,
DENIED. Accordingly, it is therefore:
ORDERED, ADJUDGED, and DECREED that the Motion to Strike Dr. Gary Kronrad’s
opinions and expert testimony as to the calculations of pain and suffering, mental anguish, and
physical impairment is GRANTED.
It is further ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECEED that the Motion to Strike Dr.
Kronrad’s opinions and expert testimony as to the calculations of loss of household services is
DENIED.
It is further ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECEED that the Motion to Strike Dr.
Kronrad’s opinions and expert testimony as to the costs of future medical services is GRANTED.
