      IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED, by and among plaintiff Norma Knopf
("Knopf') , defendants Dorsey & Whitney LLP, Nathaniel H. Akerman (collectively, the "Dorsey
Defendants") and Edward S. Feldman ("Feldman"), that:

        1.     The Dorsey Defendants' and Feldman's replies in further suppo1i of their
respective cross-motions for summary judgment shall be filed on or before Aug ust 14 , 2023.

        2.     The return date for Knopf's motion for sununary judgment and the respective
cross-motions by the Dorsey Defendants and Feldman for summary judgment (Motion Seq. No.
19) is adjourned from August 14, 2023 to August 15, 2023, at 9:30 a.rn., in the Submissions
Part, New York County Courthouse, Room 130, 60 Centre Street, New York, New York 10007.

          3.     All other terms of the April 24, 2023 Stipulation shall remain in full force and
effect.

          4.     This stipulation may be signed in counterparts .
