Compliance is ordered on or before December 16, 2022. If the moving party does not receive
compliance by that date, the moving party may file a motion requesting relief pursuant to Practice Book
§ 13-14 and referring to this order. Absent proof of compliance on file before such motion appears on the
short calendar, the motion may be granted by the court, and the court may make such order as the ends
of justice require, including without limitation an order pursuant to Practice Book § 13-14(b), as follows:
(1) the entry of nonsuit or default against the party or parties failing to comply; (2) an award to the
discovering party or parties of the costs of the motion, including a reasonable attorney's fee; (3) the entry
of an order that the matters regarding which the discovery was sought or other designated facts shall be
taken to be established for the purposes of the action in accordance with the claim of the party or parties
obtaining the order; (4) the entry of an order prohibiting the party or parties who has/have failed to
comply from introducing designated matters in evidence; and/or (5) if the party or parties failing to
comply is/are the plaintiff(s), the entry of a judgment of dismissal.
