This firm represents the defendants McCoyd Parkas & Ronan LLP and Bill P. Parkas in
the above-referenced action. We made a motion to dismiss, motion seq. #4, on May 30, 2023,
returnable on June 30, 2023. The Court recently rescheduled the return date of motion #4 to June
20, 2023. We spoke with Justice Hensley’s Law Clerk, Harry Tillis, Esq., and he advised us to
file a request that the return date of the motion be rescheduled to the second Tuesday in July.
We therefore respectfully request that the Court reschedule the return date of motion
sequence #4 for July 11, 2023. We have emailed Plaintiff for her consent, but have not heard
back from her. As she has not filed opposition to the motion, we do not believe the rescheduling
of the return date will prejudice Plaintiff in any manner.
