Kinnon to secure the sum of $141,600.00. The Mortgage was recorded at Book 14201, Page 897 in the
Office of the Onondaga County Clerk on November 12, 2004. Said mortgage was re-recorded by
correction mortgage recorded April 14, 2005 In the Office of the Onondaga Clerk in Book 14351, Rage
192. The mortgage was subsequently assigned by an assignment executed March 3, 2014 and recorded
on March 10, 2014, in the Office of the Onondaga County Clerk at Book 17442, Page.939.
