Pursuant to a Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale, duly entered 08/09/2022, I, the undersigned
Referee, will sell at public auction, Onondaga County Courthouse, Second Floor Lobby outside
County Clerk’s Office, 401 Montgomery Street, Syracuse, NY 13202, on 10/18/2022 at
10:00AM, premises known as 4243 Sandbar Lane, Liverpool, NY 13090, And Described As
Follows: ALL that certain plot piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements
thereon erected, Situate in The Town of Clay, County of Onondaga and State of New York.
Section 58.1 Block 2 Lot 13.2. The approximate amount of the current Judgment lien is
$135,178.98 plus interest and costs. The Premises will be sold subject to provisions of the
aforesaid Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale; Index # 004634/2017
If the sale is set aside for any reason, the Purchaser at the sale shall be entitled only to a return of
the deposit paid. The Purchaser shall have no further recourse against the Mortgagor, the
Mortgagee or the Mortgagees attorney.
