Please take notice that upon annexed Verified Petition of
Robert Kleiber sworn to on August 2, 2023, and the exhibits annexed
hereto, and all the proceedings had herein, the undersigned will
move this Court at the Courthouse located at 100 Supreme Court
Drive, Mineola, NY 11501, on September 12, 2023, at 9:30 o'clock in
the forenoon or as soon thereafter as counsel can be heard for an
Order:
1. Pursuant to CPLR 7510, confirming the annexed arbitration
award upon the ground that said award was delivered to
petitioner herein less than one year prior to this motion and
has not been vacated or modified under CPLR 7511;
2. Directing judgment to be entered thereon pursuant to CPLR
7514; and
3. For such other relief as this Court may deem just and proper,
together with the costs of this motion.
