SALES LLC, incorrectly sued as BUILDERS FIRST SOURCE DALLAS, LLC’S Motion for Leave to
Designate Responsible Third-Party, Bella Estates I, Inc iS GRANTED and the court ORDERS
that BELLA ESTATES 1, INC. be designated as a responsible third party pursuant to Texas Civil
Practice and Remedies Code § 33.004.
