Valentine and Jamise Valentine to secure the sum of $300,600.00. The Mortgage was recorded at Book
25589, Page 385 in the Office of the Nassau County Clerk on December 15, 2003. The mortgage was
subsequently assigned by an assignment executed November 14, 20l3 and recorded on December I3,
2013, in the Office of the Nassau County Clerk at Book 39390, Page 906. Said Mortgage was
subsequently modified by a Loan Modification Agreement executed by Kevin Valentine and Jamise
Valerrtine on April 21, 2015 and recorded September 21, 2015 in Book 40724, Page 938 in the Office of
