The SBE Defendants having been dismissed, the Court finds that Todd E. Soloway, William L.
Charron and Lauren B. Cooperman, pro hac vice attorneys, are no longer active in the case.
Therefore, a renewal fee per Government Code Section 70617(e)(2) is nor necessary.

No further action regarding pro hac vice status is required.

Judgment (Confirming Arbitration Award) was signed and filed on 09/23/2021.

Plaintiffs' counsel advises that approximately 20 of the plaintiffs have obtained new counsel,
