                  20       opposition to Plaintiffs’ Ex Parte Application for Order to Quash and Recall Writ of
                  21       Execution.
                  22                                                                      INTRODUCTION
                  23                  Attached as Exhibit 1 to the accompanying Declaration of Martin B. Greenbaum is a
                  24       true and correct copy of the Judgment entered in this case as of September 23, 2021.
                  25       Judgment Creditor SLS TRANCHE 1 LENDER, LLC invites the Court’s reference to the facts
                  26       stated therein. The Judgment results from an arbitration award. The arbitration was
                  27       commenced by the parties shown in the Judgment as Plaintiffs but who are now Judgment
                  28       Debtors. The Judgment recites (in Paragraph 1 thereof) that three arbitrators ruled against all
