               19                     I, MARTIN B. GREENBAUM, declare:
               20                     1. That I am an attorney duly licensed to practice law before all Courts of the State of
               21       California and am a partner in the firm of Greenbaum Law Group LLP, which is one of the
               22       firms acting as counsel for Judgment Creditor SLS TRANCHE 1 LENDER, LLC.
               23                     2. If called as a witness, I could and would testify competently to the facts contained
               24       herein.
               25                    3. Attached to this Declaration as Exhibit 1 is a true and correct copy of the
               26       Judgment entered in this case as of September 23, 2021. I invite the Court’s reference to the
               27       facts stated therein. The Judgment results from an arbitration award. The arbitration was
               28       commenced by the parties shown in the Judgment as Plaintiffs but who are now Judgment
