discussed during the IDC.
The parties also agree that in accordance with the January 23, 2020 Court order, that the
shareholder meeting will take place by October 23, 2020 at a date/time convenient to the parties.
Finally, the Court has scheduled another IDC for October 8, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. The parties will
submit a joint five page statement by October 6, 2020 outlining any remaining issues and
progress made in resolving these issues.
Informal Discovery Conference (IDC) is scheduled for 10/08/20 at 11:00 AM in Department M
at Santa Monica Courthouse.
