19          Plaintiff VICKIE FORD, individually and doing business as VICKIE FORD BAILBOND,
20 alleges as follows:

21                                              THE PARTIES
22          1.     At all times pertinent to this Complaint, Plaintiff VICKIE FORD (hereinafter referred to
23 as “Plaintiff”), individually, was and is an individual residing in the City of Los Angeles, County of Los

24 Angeles, State of California.

25          2.     At all times pertinent to this Complaint, Plaintiff VICKIE FORD, doing business as
26 VICKIE FORD BAILBOND (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Plaintiff”), was and is a business

27 entity providing bail bonds services, doing business in the City of Inglewood, County of Los Angeles,

28 State of California.
