23 This matter arises from a motor vehicle accident that occurred on October 17, 2017
24 involving Plaintiffs RAENELLE ANNETTE MCDOUGAL and BRITTNEY GILLON (hereinafter
25 “Plaintiffs”) and the now deceased Defendant ESTATE OF ERIC DANIEL VASQUEZ,
26 DECEASED (hereinafter “Defendant”). Plaintiffs originally filed their Complaint on April 17, 2018
27 against Eric Daniel Vasquez, and filed an Amendment to the Complaint on January 29, 2020
28 against the Estate of Eric D. Vasquez, deceased.
