DECISION
The Court declines to hold Dr. Ajakwe in contempt for his failure to appear at trial despite being
properly served with a subpoena to appear.
Defendants ask for forfeiture of $500 plus damages sustained as a result of Dr. Ajakwe’s failure
to appear at trial pursuant to Code of Civil Procedure Section 1992.
