18 l have already thought ofthis case against Gifford business Park LLC, with a different case
19 number (5f LLTVA2205917 with Attorney M.C. Earle. And it was dismissed as there was nothing they could stand
20 on.
21 Now they are trying it again with another Attorney representing them. It is the same case with the
22 same issues.

24 I believe the property management and the owner 0f the property are prejudiced,
25
racist and I am being discriminated against. Their business practices need t0 change as the
26
demographic minority businesses in this company are appalling. Minority businesses within this
27
complex are treated differently.

ANSWER TO EVICTION - 1
Example:
Spot 14 was on and operated by a Minority business owner. It was a recycling
business. He left due to scamming deals between Mr. Roy, the property manager and other
tenants. He went t0 court against Mr. Roy the property manager and the owner and won the case.
Then he decided t0 move on his own due t0 illegal harassment practices throughout
management. As the harassment got worse. I was involved in this case. They had towed my
vehicle away for n0 reason and I had over $1000 worth of expenses and the court reimbursed me
in the settlement.

Property management seems to be against all minority business owners and

12 harasses them continuously.
My argument is, I was served with a non-renewal lease with no fault 0f my own
other than me being a minority and management not liking me. I was informed that they were not
renewing any new automotive business leases as they were not wanting that type of business

Within the complex anymore. After they gave me my non-renewal 0f my lease they rented three

18 other spaces to automotive repair businesses. This in itself shows discrimination as these three
l9 new businesses that came in were not minorities. There has been double standards with the

property manager Roy and the owner David. They keep stating that they sold the property yet it
21
is the same owners and managers that keep showing up under a different business name. They
22
moved the property manager office out of the complex directly next-door trying to make it look
23
24 like it was a different company, yet it is not. This is a shaddy way to run a business.
25 Before they sent me the non-renewal of my lease I had asked to be moved t0 a
26
larger unit as my business had expanded. I was told that was not an option due to them not
27
wanting automotive repair businesses in their complex anymore and a couple weeks later another
28
