                                                                        Plaintiff ADINA SLOTSKY, an individual alleges as follows:

                                                                        1.       This personal injury action arises from a motor vehicle collision which occurred on
                                                        18
                                                              February 29, 2016, in the southbound center lane of La Brea Avenue (“La Brea”), approximately 50

                                                              feet north of De Longpre Avenue (“De Longpre”), in the city of Los Angeles. Although this stretch
                                                        20
                                                              of La Brea consists of three (3) traffic lanes, the lane closest to the south-side curb is mainly used as
                                                        21
                                                              a designated parking lane (“Parking Lane”). This fact bears significance because the accident
                                                        22
                                                              occurred when Defendant negligently, carelessly, and without any warning, attempted to enter into
                                                        23
                                                              the southbound center lane of La Brea, directly in front of the Plaintiff. oncoming center lane.

                                                                        2.       Accordingly, and as alleged herein, as a result of this accident, the Plaintiff, through
                                                        25
                                                              no fault of her own, sustained physical injuries which continue to affect her and disrupt her life.
