                         16      TO:         PLAINTIFFS AND THEIR COUNSEL OF RECORD:
                         17                  PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on March 28, 2019, in Department 24, before the Hon-
                         18      orable Patricia Nieto, the demurrer to, and motion to strike portions of, the First Amended
                         19      Complaint, filed by Defendant, KATHY MACIAS, came on for hearing. Glen Rothstein
                         20      appeared by Court Call for Plaintiffs and Diane Goldman appeared by Court Call for Defend-
                         21      ant/Moving Party. After due consideration of the relevant documents, the court ruled as
                         22      follows:
                         23                  1)         The demurrer to the First, Fourth, and Fifth Causes of Action are overruled;
                         24                  2)         The demurrer to the Third and Seventh Causes of Action are sustained without
                         25      leave to amend;
                         26                  3)         The motion to strike portions of First Amended Complaint is denied.
