social distancing, a state of emergency having been declared by Governor Newsom, and the
Administrative Order of the Presiding Judge re COVID-19 Pandemic, the court finds good cause
to make the following orders.

On the Court's own motion, the Case Management Conference scheduled for 04/13/2020 is
continued to 04/23/20 at 08:30 AM in Department 28 at Stanley Mosk Courthouse.

Notice is further given that plaintiff in propria persona or counsel for the plaintiff is ordered to
give notice of this continuance to all parties to this action within 10 days of service of this notice
