                         20                  The Association for Los Angeles Deputy Sheriffs (“ALADS”) and the County of Los
                         21      Angeles by and through its Sheriff’s Department (“County”), hereby file this Joint Status
                         22      Report in advance of the June 9, 2022 Status Conference set by the Court in order to inform the
                         23      Court of the parties’ recent efforts to meet and confer regarding compliance with the Judgment
                         24      and Writ of Mandate entered in this case.
                         25                  I.         MEET AND CONFER EFFORTS
                         26                             A. Prior to May 10, 2022
                         27                  On April 7, 2022, the County’s counsel sent ALADS’ counsel a list containing the
                         28      names of the individuals they believe are entitled to back pay pursuant to the Writ of Mandate.
