This matter, having come before the Court on Plaintiff Ana Maria Tejada Rubio’s Motion for
Default Judgment Against Defendant Z-Axis Tech Solutions, Inc., IT IS HEREBY ORDERED,
ADJUDGED, AND DECREED:
1. Venue in this judicial district has been considered and is proper;
2. Judgment hereby enters in favor of Plaintiff Ana Maria Tejada Rubio (“Plaintiff”) and
against Defendant Z-Axis Tech Solutions, Inc. (“Defendant”), on Plaintiff’s claim
under the Colorado Wage Claim Act, C.R.S. § 8-4-101 et seq.
3. Judgment hereby enters in favor of Plaintiff and against Defendant in the total amount
of $33,720.51, broken down as follows:
a. Principal amount of damages (unpaid wages): $9,756.10
b. Statutory penalties pursuant to C.R.S. § 8-4-109(3): $15,754.57
c. Pre-judgment interest: $376.34
d. Attorneys’ fees: $7,340.00
e. Costs: $493.50
4. Post-judgment interest on all amounts set forth above shall accrue at 8% per annum
compounded annually until this Judgment is satisfied.
5. There is no just reason for delay. This judgment constitutes a final judgment as
contemplated by C.R.C.P. 54(b).
