I am over the age of 18 years and am legally competent and able to make this affidavit, which is based upon my personal knowledge, and could competently testify to the facts stated herein if called upon to do so. 2. I am one of the attorneys for Plaintiff in this case, Ana Maria Tejada Rubio. 3. This affidavit is executed in support of Plaintiff’s July 31, 2017, Bill of Costs. 4. As one of two primary counsel for Plaintiff, I am familiar with the work performed by Plaintiff’s attorneys in this case, as well as with the costs incurred by Plaintiff and her attorneys in this case. In drafting Plaintiff’s Bill of Costs, I reviewed billing records and receipts to determine all costs incurred herein. I have personal knowledge of the costs set forth in the Bill of Costs and would testify to them under oath. 5. The itemized costs set forth in Bill of Costs are true and correct statements of the costs incurred by Plaintiff and her counsel in litigating this case. 6. The attachments to the Bill of Costs are true and correct copies of ICCES filing records and invoices that reflect Plaintiff’s costs in this case. 7. Each of the costs sought by Plaintiff in her Bill of Costs for court, docket, and e- filing fees, and for service of process fees represent Plaintiff’s actual costs, are reasonable, and were necessary for Plaintiff to prosecute this case.
