24 This is a simple collections case for the collection of a credit card debt. On September 14,
25 2018, Plaintiff subserved Defendant at 4449 Gable Drive., Encino, CA 91316 (“Gable Drive”).
26 Defendant did not answer and the Court the Defendant’s default on November 1, 2018 and
27 Default Judgment on November 28, 2018. Defendant now moves to set aside default, however,
