1 Iam the defendant in this case. I am over the age of 18 years old and the following facts

are personally known to me and if called to testify thereto I could and would competently

do so.

I have reviewed Plaintiff's Opposition in this case. I am aware that Plaintiff's Counsel
26
claims I made a false allegation about Plaintiff taking my money because a writ of
27
execution has not been issued in this case. However, his statement is misleading.
