The order to show cause re preliminary injunction is granted. The injunction requires that the
locks be unlocked so that the plaintiff can access. Plaintiff is to provide notice by text of when
she will be coming into the property. Plaintiff will pause to allow the defendant to bring the dog
inside if necessary. The sole purpose of the access is to access the utilities.
Plaintiff is to post a $500.00 cash or corporate surety bond by October 15, 2018 with evidence of
posting to opposing counsel.
Tentative is ordered filed and its reasoning is adopted as its final decision.
Plaintiff is to submit a proposed preliminary injunction consistent with the court's ruling.
