                      refuting claims by Defendant Nina Montoya in her Opposition which claims that Dept. 36 and/or

                      other Departments were accepting ex parte applications to extend page limits on motions before June
               25
                       15, 2020, during the Covid-19 Court Closures. These statements are inaccurate and contradict the

               27     General Order limiting types of civil ex parties that could be brought and the fact this department—

               28     Dept.     36- and general civil departments did NOT open for law and motion until June 22, 2020.
