At the hearing for the motion to tax costs, it became apparent that Plaintiff placed certain items
of costs in the wrong categories, in particular, that Plaintiff requested service fees as filing and
motion fees. The court will allow counsel one final opportunity to resubmit the costs bill to
remedy this error by February 26, 2021, with an opposition by March 5, 2021, and a reply if any
by March 12, 2021. At that time, this matter will be taken under submission and ruled on.
