Morning Gina,
I just want to clarify a few things that we heve already communicated with Manoj.
Payment is not the problem. There are many other problems which he obviously is not
mentioning to Adi, we have a claim of $240K and for that reason we are not making a payment
until our issue has been resolved.
We have a MAJOR chargeback situation which has been emailed to him and has not yet been
taken care of.
Also, we have a banking problem with him which he knows ebout. Until this banking
issue is
resolved we are not making any payments. Manoj wants us to make wires directly to him,
while we have documents that are sitting in the bank which we had also spoken about on the
phone. He needs to FIX these documents as they are not correct. We was suppose to send me a
letter for my bank explaining the same but he has failed to do so. I understand the
situation Adi is in and we can easily make a payment, but until our problems are resolved I
cannot do anything, I have to protect myself too.

is a far. Very simpie. | feel bad for Adi too, he's getting harassed so badly by this factory
