following terms and conditions:
1. Parties. The Parties to this binding Rule 11 Agreement are Plaintiff Comack
Investments, L.P. and Defendant John R. King.
2. Agreement. The Parties agree that Defendant John R. King’s Designation of
Expert Witnesses and Reports are not due until January 3, 2023 at 5:00 P.M.
3. New Date to Respond. The new date for Defendant John R. King to file his
Designation of Expert Witnesses and Reports in the above-referenced matter is
now January 3, 2023 at 5:00 P.M.
