                         20      trial or hearing, I could and would competently testify to the facts stated herein.
                         21                  2. I make this declaration in support of Plaintiff’s noticed application for Right to Attach
                         22      Order and Order for Issuance of Writ of Attachment in this action against Defendant LAVITEX,
                         23      INC., a California corporation (hereinafter “Lavitex”).
                         24                  3. Attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference as Exhibit “1” is true and
                         25      correct copy of corporation search results from the California Business Portal of the California
                         26      Secretary of State, indicating Lavitex’s status as a California corporation.
